Refund policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to all purchases made on Mukutique.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests subject to the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates (if any)

Mukutique reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any return.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Crown, Bra Strap (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions

  • Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing video and images as proof

  • Email details including order ID to: dazzlesphere7@gmail.com

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.

Upon verification, Mukutique may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Full/partial refund, at its sole discretion

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after quality inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, subject to customer providing correct details

Shipping charges, handling fees, and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product

  • Mukutique is not liable for loss or damage during return transit

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

Mukutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Mukutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City, e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
