  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once it is shipped

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount (calculated at checkout)

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected orders

  • Additional COD charges may apply

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-value orders

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS

  • You can track your shipment in real-time through the provided link

6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders across India.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics issues

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Mukutique shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, re-shipping charges may apply

9. International Shipping

Currently, Mukutique does not offer international shipping. (You can update this if you expand globally)

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
